Kevin and Carol called last night for help with their computer again. It’s really hard to do that sort of thing over the telephone, and not be able to see their screen, but we did the best we can.

The main thing they were wanting to do was to find this series of video podcasts they’d learned about at one of their senior citizens meetings. It would have been nice if whoever had told them about it had also given them something in writing with the URL.

We finally found it in Google, but it took quite awhile.

Anyway, I think we got ‘em squared away. From what I could tell, it looks like the series is really pretty good.
