A no equipment workout

Who said you have to spend any money to get in a great workout every day.  All you need is youre own body.  Lets look at some of the best bodyweight workouts that are used by many perormance athletes as well as your everday fitness enthusiest.  The upperbody can be trained in many different ways with just the use of your bodyweight.  To train chest, you can perform exercises like the good ole traditional push up.  I love this exercise.  It will chisel your chest up in no time.  You can also do many different variations of the pushup to hit your chest from all different angles.
