Going to my high school reunion was one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life.  I was able to do what many mid-lifers only dream of.  In school, I was a nerdy and geeky kid with no athletic ability at all.  When I learned that my reunion was approaching, I decided I wanted to wow all of those who had ridiculed me in my childhood.  I started using the techniques discussed in the no nonsense muscle building program.  The results were amazing.  Everyone I came in contact with at the reunion wondered who I was.  They could not believe that I had changed my life so drastically.  Everyone kept calling me Arnold.
