All my life I have enjoyed the fruits of sports supplements

I was having a nice relaxing massage the other day and I learned a few things about sports supplements from the girl who was massaging me. I found that if I start taking a protein supplement after my work out it will help my muscles to recover from the stresses and strains I have put them under. I am off online to do some research now on which is the best sport supplement protein for me. I will definitely be taking chocolate flavour as I love chocolate milk shakes, I hope they will taste as nice as the ones I used to get from McDonalds.
